Regional IT Director NWE
Are you ready to lead a multi‑country IT organisation and shape the digital direction for an entire region?
We are hiring a Regional Director Information Technology (RID) to lead our regional IT organisation in North-Western Europe (NWE) and accelerate digital capabilities that power our commercial and operational ambitions.
The region is on an exciting journey to significantly grow the business and leverage the full potential of the regional set up, consisting of Cluster GB/IE/ZA, Cluster Nordics and Cluster West Europe (BeLux/FR/NL) together with the regional organizations IT, Accounting and Supply Chain.
As regional IT Director you will steer three pillars—Digital Commercial Operations, Regional Infrastructure & Workplace, and Digitalization & Regional Applications—and build a cohesive, high‑performing team that partners closely with the business.
As a member of the regional management team, you will embed technology into strategy execution, with a focus on Digitalisation, Process Efficiency and Demand processing, and represent the region within the global IT organisation—advocating for regional needs while landing global initiatives consistently and compliantly.
What you will do
Lead & develop the regional IT team (~20 FTEs) for Miele’s business in North-Western Europe together with your three direct reports: provide vision, set clear objectives, manage performance, grow leadership capability, and foster a collaborative, innovative, results‑driven culture.
Own the regional IT strategy aligned to regional business goals and global IT standards; ensure infrastructure, applications, and services meet current and future needs.
Drive the transition of the ERP system in the region from SAP R/3 and SAP CRM to a new SAP S/4 HANA based global template.
Partner in regional management to integrate IT into business planning and execution across digitalisation and process efficiency.
Represent the region globally: advocate for priorities, implement global initiatives locally, share insights and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
Engage stakeholders & communicate transparently on program/portfolio status, project progress, and operational performance; drive quality via feedback mechanisms (e.g., pulse surveys).

What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
10+ years in IT leadership with significant responsibility for regional or global operations and international experience; proven ability to align IT strategy with business objectives and lead and operate in complex matrix organisations.
Experience from leading ERP implementations cross several countries
Proactive and inspiring leadership with ability to build and develop high‑performing divers teams as well as talent for the bigger Miele community.
Ability to lead transformation initiatives and represent regional needs in a global context.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills; fluent oral and written business English.
Ability and willingness to travel within the region and occasionally to other international locations.
Work permit in the EU or Great Britain.

Positive feedback from regional business leaders and global IT on IT’s contribution to business success.
Reporting line
Report to the Vice President IT Products Sales, Service & SCM and the Regional Senior Vice President NWE.
